The technology displayed in Free Guy can be considered both near and far future, and the technologies that most relate to our class have to be the nascent AI and the capability to spy on players in the world.
The futuristic AI displayed in free guy appear to be relatively grounded in reality based upon emergent systems used by deep learning algorithms. The deep learning algorithms of the present sometimes gain proficiency in a skill in speeds or ways that their developers never predicted. This has been termed emergent behavior[1], and is a result of developers essentially creating these algorithms as "blank slates" that are then trained on large data models but not entirely dictated in what they learn. The way Guy awakens as a sentient and sapient being is through a sudden and unexpected jump in capability of understanding the world around him that was not hard-coded into his being, which is conductive with emergent behavior. With this extreme change in behavior, Guy continued to learn about the world around him and essentially grow his personage beyond the bounds that even his supportive developers hoped.
Beyond the emergent behavior of Guy, we have a rather mundane technology present in today's world, normal computer monitoring of players in the game. In Free Guy, employees of Free City's game developer studio are repeatedly seen observing players without their knowledge using built in software to uncover "problems". This monitoring is quite horrifying to think about, but is rather common in today's world. While our government and other conglomerates cannot hover around us in a 3rd person view like the game developers, they collect and sell enough of our data they they might as well be doing so. The players in Free Guy likely agreed to a privacy policy of some sort on behalf of the game developer that allows their employees to observe them without their knowledge. Clauses such as this among more concerning clauses in privacy policies contribute to our data leaving our hands with very little idea about what it is being used for[2]. Sources of information collection are on nearly every website, every agreed privacy policy that people never read, and hidden deep within the terms and conditions of use.

Fictional Technology
As part of a video game, it would not be realistic as the interface cannot be removed and transferred to another NPC or player.
NPCs
Current Technology
Not realistic in the present day, as these NPCs could only be simulated using a very advanced artificial intelligence that can also react to any part of the in-game environment.
