Subscriptions to FreeGhost renew automatically on a [monthly] basis until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the discord or Payment cloud. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date.
Because access to forecasting content is granted immediately upon payment, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Refund requests submitted within 3 of the initial charge, and before substantial use of the Service, may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
Users are asked to contact us directly to resolve billing issues before initiating a chargeback with their bank or card issuer. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access.
