Director - Amber Faircloth

Ms. Faircloth is a Hillsborough County Public School graduate with a bachelor's degree in Music Education from Florida State University. She sings with the Festival Singers of Florida where she serves as the alto section leader. Ms. Faircloth is a member of the Florida Music Educator's Association, Florida Vocal Association, American Choral Director's Association, and the Hillsborough Secondary Music Council. She currently serves as the coordinator for the Hillsborough All-County Chorus High School SATB Honor Choir.

Patriot Singers

Men's Chorus | Chorus 1-4 | 9th-12th grade

This course is a beginning chorus class for male students. Students in this class will learn basic singing techniques and how to read music through a variety of genres. This class is open to any male student at Freedom High School and no audition is required. Patriot Singers also provides optional solo experiences and opportunities for the singer who wishes to excel to the highest level of musicianship.

Freedom Voices

Beginning Women's Chorus | Chorus 1-4 | 9th-12th grade

Bella Voce

Advanced Women's Chorus | Vocal Techniques 1-4 | 9th-12th grade

This course is an intermediate/advanced chorus class for female students. Students in this class will learn advanced singing techniques and how to read more challenging music through a variety of genres. Experience is recommended and an audition is required. Bella Voce also provides optional solo experiences and opportunities for the singer who wishes to excel to the highest level of musicianship.

Bravo Company

Show Choir | Vocal Ensemble 1-4 | 9th-12th grade

This class is an advanced show choir. Auditions for this class happen in May of each school year. Students in this class will learn how to sing in the vocal jazz style. Students also learn and perform choreography. This class is perfect for anyone who is passionate about performing. Students in this class are also required to be in Patriot Singers or Bella Voce simultaneously.

Musical Theatre

Musical Theatre 1-3 | 9th - 12th grade

Students in this class learn singing, acting, and dancing techniques in the musical theatre style. This class also focuses on audition skills and preparation. Students in this class perform in Night on Broadway and produce the spring musical. Experience is highly recommended and an audition is required.
