First things first - When you have downloaded your new website make a copy so that you always have the original in case things go wrong. To copy - click on the three dots to the top right in the editing pane. Rename it with your dog's name. Then you can start to edit.

To change text - just click on the existing text and type. You can change font size and colour ffrom the menu which appears
To change picture - click on the picture (twice) until a menu comes up with three dots on the right. Click the dots and choose Replace Image - then Upload
You can change the size of a picture by dragging the blue circles which appear when you click on it
You can duplicate a section by clicking of the copy icon to the left hand side. Drag it wherever you want by using the dotted area next to the copy icon.
You can insert whole new sections by choosing elements from the menu to the right of the edit section. Some are called Content Blocks
If you make a mistake - use the back button - above - shown as a backwards arrow.

Click the computer Icon up top to see how your site looks - then click the cross to return to editing

Click the blue publish button (top right) and choose a name. Provided no one else has taken it - you will have a unique domain name, something like: https://sites.google.com/view/freedogwebsite/
You can buy a domain name and attach it to the site if you wish.

To delete any section click on the trash can to the left of the section you don't want.
To delete or hide the instruction page. Click on Pages to the right - then click on the three dots next to the Instructions page and choose either Delete or Hide from Navigation
