Create a blog: First, get a GMAIL account and then sign into your GMAIL account.

Then go to Blogger.com

On the left, click the Down arrow .

Click on >> New blog.<<

Enter a name for your blog.

Choose a blog address, or URL.

Then Click on "Create blog."
