Yes something that would allow a download and import of rents into Quickbooks would help out greatly! My book keeper needs to come in and reconcile quickbooks for me because thats what my CPA uses to do our taxes.
@TheRealChipAI am trying to link my square checking/debit to quickbooks online, is this possible? I don't want to have to do the download from square checking then upload to QB - if I wanted to do that I would have stayed on desktop instead of paying for monthly online service :(.

Has anyone had any luck getting a token from quickbooks so you can use shopify? when we do all the steps in quickbooks enterprise 23 and asks for a token it acts like its going to work and then after a few mins the screen goes blank. Was on the phone with quickbooks 2xs yesterday and they blame shopify and shopify says its an intuit problem.. help! we need to go live with shopify asap. we have migrated all the info.
There are many things which can cause failures. One of the biggest I've found is not having Sales Tax setup properly. Of course there are others. In short you can't transfer anything successfully until everything is setup properly. I had a great deal of trouble with all of that. 2018 was my first year using quickbooks. I have the S Corp. I took out 50% in payroll and 50% as a shareholder distribution paid through bank transfer and a net profit in 2018. Net profit went to retained earning and reflects as a retained earning in 2019. However, shareholder distribution from last year is still showing up in the balance sheet of 2019. How would I zero out last year's shareholder distribution in the quick books?
Hello! we are currently in the process of converting from quickbooks desktop to quicken. i have been trying to tranfer our chart of accounts and vendor list all day with no luck. i am able to export from quickbooks seamlessly but making the import is giving many issues. i am unable to save the file as a csv or qif. it is currently a IIF and when trying to locate it says theres an error. any help greatly appreciated!
