Sorry about taking so long to get back to you. That is the TV app that I was talking about. Sorry for the confusion. You do not have any movies downloaded to the iPad. If you did, you would see the Downloaded on the left side under Library.

Look in the TV app. Tap on Library, then tap on Downloaded. You should see your movies in there. Tap on Edit in the upper right, select the movie by tapping the circle on the left and then tap Delete at the top.

This answered my question why I don't see the cache taken up space on my iphone, but a huge chunck of space were taken out on my ipad. I started watching a few movies but didn't finish watching them on my ipad; but finished the entire movie on my iphone.

But if you really want to delete the cache manually, you can do so by going to Setting>General>Usage, wait till the top loads the local usage info, next to the "video"app it should say how much space the app used, click/open it, and it will list the cache by movie name, you can then swipe to delete the data/cache. I just free over 8GB of cache on my ipad 3.

How do tell which videos have been started but not finished? When your kids take your ipad amd start several different movies but dont finish any thru the end of the credits, but i dont know which ones they played. I am missing almost 9gb of space? Thanks

Very easy solution. I had the same problem. In iTunes and App store in my General Settings I signed out of my Apple ID then signed back in. That freed up all the memory that was taken up by movies or tv shows in video. I just regained my missing 12GB of memory.

i have had the same problem for a while. I had 200MB in memory left and followed an advice to "sign out" of my itunes account and turn on the ipad. Once i did that, i had 20GB in memory available for use. Try this and see if it helps ?

My iPad Pro is no longer showing free movies in full screen. It used to. Now they come up as a small box in the middle of the screen. I have rebooted the Ipad and restarted the app. I cannot find an option to give me full screen. It is up to date with OS13.3. Any suggestions?

I'm sitting on my second flight in a row with the currently busted southwest app. It only plays movies in a tiny window, black bars left a right, top and bottom like a crummy 90's widescreen dvd transfer.

There are no screen size controls in the current version of the app, only language and subtitle settings.

someone please go flog the developers, and make them watch 24 hours of messed up window boxed video in a tiny little seat, then fire them and hire someone that can code. Please. Please. Please.

The app itself is free, then you sign in with your LoveFilm account (you'll need to be on at least a 5.99 per month package) and start streaming movies. We've been using it this morning, and it seems very slick, with movies starting up without much delay.

Alas, there's no pay per view option, so you can only access movies via your subscription package. It would have been handy to be able to pay just for movies we fancied watching, without having to fork out for the monthly charge.

Nevertheless, the interface is clear, and while the movie selection isn't amazing, it's getting better -- just the other day LoveFilm signed a deal to stream movies from distribution company Studio Canal, which has the rights to recent sci-fi corkers Attack the Block and Source Code.

Given its advanced multimedia capabilities, you can use the Apple iPad to store work-related movies for on-the-go viewing. Along with functioning as a personal screener while you travel or commute, it can also serve as a handy tool for presenting videos to clients or business partners at off-site locations. When it comes to organizing content on your iPad, it is essential to use iTunes since Apple developed the software to work natively with all iOS products. If you have a video in the MOV, MP4 or M4V format, you can watch it on your iPad once you add it to the iTunes library, create a compatible version of the media and perform the basic syncing operation.

An iPad has a bigger screen than an iPhone and has better portability than a computer. That's why so many of you prefer to watch videos with an iPad. To enjoy your favorite movies or TV shows on the tablet, you will need to put the videos onto your iPad first. Given that, here I will show you five ways to add movies to your iPad. Whether you are using a PC or Mac or want to use iTunes or not, you will find the way that fits your needs.

If the movies you want to add to your iPad are purchased from iTunes, or the movie file is in your iTunes library, the most straightforward way to put movies to your iPad is to sync movies to your device using iTunes.

Before you start, you should know that if you use iTunes syncing, the existing files like movies, TV shows, and books on your tablet will be replaced by the newly added movies. That means you will lose the files currently on your iPad. If that's unwanted, go to part 2 to learn how to put movies on iPad without iTunes.

Since macOS Catalina, iTunes is no longer available. That's why you need to find an alternative way to get movies on your iPad from the computer. Read on to learn how to add movies to your iPad without iTunes.

iTunes is not your only choice to copy movies to iPad. Except for using iTunes, there are four more ways for you to transfer videos to an iPad, including using the iOS data transfer tool, VLC media player, iCloud Drive, and Finder.

In addition to putting downloaded movies to your iPad, it also allows you to download videos from YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and many other sites to your computer or iPhone/iPad using the URL. Videos in MP4, MOV, M4V, WMV, RM, MKV, FLV, and AVI are all supported.

Step 3. Select the movies you want and click "Open" to transfer from computer to your iPhone/iPad. You can transfer videos in MP4, MOV, M4V, WMV, RM, MKV, AVI, and FLV format. (If your video format is not supported by EaseUS MobiMover, it will be converted to MP4 automatically during the transfer process.)

With the Wi-Fi sharing feature provided in the VLC app for iOS, you are able to download movies to your iPhone or iPad wirelessly over Wi-Fi from the computer, as long as your devices are under the same network connection. Download and install the VLC app on your iPad from the App Store. Afterward, follow the steps below to learn how to save movies to iPad from a computer.

Step 4. To transfer movies to your iPad, you can either add the videos by drag-and-drop or click the plus icon. Then you will see the movies being transferred to your iPhone wirelessly and automatically.

You may know that you can transfer videos to iPad using iCloud Photos. But that's not the same while transferring movies to iPad because Apple limits the clip length to five minutes in iCloud photos, which is obviously not the length of a movie file.

Read on to this place, which means you have already learned four solutions to put your desired movies on your iPad. If you find any of these helps, please share this article filled with detailed fixes with your friends and colleagues.
