Is there an program or app for Windows 10 that is similar and as simple, straightforward and intuitive to use as Picasa. I don't need fancy backgrounds, music, text and some of the other "stuff" I've seen in some collage programs. Google photos collage maker gives you no control.

I never use Picasa so I have no Idea of how simple its collage feature is. Simple to me usually means not very flexible. I have always used Photoshop and years ago mage a Photoshop Photo Collage Toolkit available. It defines four simple your four you to follow when you make Photo Collahet Templates.

Simple to use; very flexible. You bring photos into the collage screen and can resize, move, bring to front/back/etc.; add strokes and frames to individual images; even click on an individual photo to recrop or edit it; change backgrounds; the list goes on.

I've watched a dozen videos about using it (and the ones I found cover almost the exact same information). I confess my experience with the PSE Collage maker is limited (about 10 hours), but it's limited because I get frustrated trying to use it.

To my surprise, I found an Android app that comes quite close to Picasa called In Collage. It has very good functionality, versatility and layout options, but also has ads (yuk). If it were available, I'd pay for an ad-free version. I tried three collage apps and this is the only one I tried that offered freestyle. Of course, it has kiddie stuff that I'll never use but so many apps do today.

Since I personally only need to make about 10 collages a year for an organization, I won't mind the extra work (moving images from computer to phone via phone; saving the image and uploading it to email or drive, then downloading it to the computer ). The collages I make are for social media only and highest quality isn't a requirement, though very good quality is.

Because I only create less than a dozen collages a year, I see no point at this time buying software or a subscription. InCollage works great for my needs and, in so many ways, is like the Picasa collage maker.
