The OpenZFS team has published a true fix (rather than just a mitigation) for the ZFS data corruption issue, so we are publishing Unraid 6.12.6 with that fix. This also includes an IPv6 bug fix. All users are encouraged to read the release notes and upgrade.

I am having the same issue with 6.12.6 as 6.12.5. With the RTL8125 2.5GbE card going down from Jumbo frames. Will this be a permanent problem, or will this be fixed at some point? Because I have a noticeable transfer throughput slowdown when Jumbo frames are not enabled. So I would prefer to not disable Jumbo Frames.

Right now, 6.12.4 is working fine. But I had upgraded to 6.12.6 and had to roll back to 6.12.4 by taking out the flash drive and copying the files from the previous version over. So then I figured I would try 6.12.5. Since I did not see anything in the notes about the RTL8125 2.5GbE card. But that had the same issue. So I need to roll back again to 6.12.4 by copying the files from the flash drive.

Mover has a lot of problems on 6.12.2 as well, especially when trying to move shares from a ZFS pool to the array using xfs it will never finish completely because it can't delete the data sets from ZFS

If you have a thread discussing this, be sure to add new diagnostics after upgrading to 6.12.3. If you don't have a thread, please create one specific to this issue. It is very difficult to have a lot of back and forth in a release thread.

I just updated to 6.12.3 and I think everything works so far except when trying to open any "VM Console (VNC)" for every VM it doesn't work "Failed to connect to server" and I receive the following error in the webterminal syslog.

Considering moving to 6.12.. I have two VM server in a cluster, Entry licenses, we use CPPM Guest for admins only, not for guests, a mix of EAP and TLS authentications, and moving to Entra ID / InTune for all users.

We then have the ability to do short support that is then only supported until the next SSR or LSR releases. These releases allow us to still focus on stability in the product, but to allow for us to add features or to rework internal parts of the system that we may not be able to do otherwise. An example of this happened in 6.12 when we changed some of our memory management. it isn't going to be back-ported to 6.11 ever, but it is something we will carry forward into the future. This also allows us to space some of the work out to do things that need to be done sequentially so we can release part of the updates or capability without the extra risk historically present.

Last week I had to restore my notebook completely and now I have to install everything again. I was able to install Lightroom 6, but now I can't finde de Update to 6.12 / 2015.12. And without this update, the lightroom 6 is quite useless for me

Since upgrading to 200.15.6.12.304, Apply devices (laptops, phones etc) won't occasionally to the network, 2xH550 and 1xR650. When it happens, the OS shows as "connected" but it fails at DHCP, DHCP is external to Ruckus with short (5 min leases). Never had this issue before, reverting to 200.14.6.1.203 fixes it.

I have seen similar issue's using unleashed version 200.15.6.12.304 on the R750 with apple devices. It looks in my case an issue regarding roaming the client from one AP to another. It sometimes cannot connect or it stays connected but there is no IP traffic and you cannot browse a website for example. Toggle wifi off and om will fix it. Seen it on macbook and iphones.

If you revert back from 6.12 to 6.11.5 or earlier, you have to force update all your Docker containers and start themmanually after downgrading. This is necessary because of the underlying change to cgroup v2 starting with 6.12.0-rc1.

There are a few plugins which are known to be incompatible with Unraid 6.12, and upon boot will not be installed. You will get a notification for each pluginthat is affected and can review the list by going to Plugins/Plugin File Install Errors.

We are aware that some 11th gen Intel Rocket Lake systems are experiencing crashes related to the i915 iGPU. If your Rocket Lake system crashes underUnraid 6.12.0-6.12.5, open a web terminal and type this, then reboot:

My FreePBX distro is currently at version 6.12.65-32, FreePBX 13.0.192.19. The System Admin module says my system is up to date, but I know that there are newer versions available. Is there a supported upgrade path from 6.12.65-32 to current release? Or am I looking at manually rebuilding my config on a fresh install (I would like to avoid this if possible). Thanks!

Unraid 6.12.0 introduces a new feature that allows users to create ZFS file systems in user-defined pools. This release supports various root profiles, including raid0, mirror, raidz1, raidz2, and raidz3. The root profiles determine the organization of data within the ZFS pool. For example, raid0 provides striping for improved performance, while mirror creates redundant copies of data for increased reliability. 0852c4b9a8
