After eight unmissable weeks of singing, dancing, and acting their way to a place in the final, Stevie Doc and Tobias Turley have tonight been crowned the winners of MAMMA MIA! I Have a Dream, securing them a money can't buy prize - the lead roles of Sophie and Sky in the West End production of MAMMA MIA!

Filmed in the idyllic setting of Greece where the MAMMA MIA! story is set, viewers have been treated across the series to incredible performances from the talented cast made up of 14 aspiring musical theatre performers. Each week, the theatre star hopefuls were put through their paces with a series of workshops, where they were mentored by MAMMA MIA!'s choreographer Anthony Van Laast and musical director Martin Lowe before being whittled down to the final four by judges Alan Carr, Jessie Ware, Amber Riley and Samantha Barks, under the watchful eye of the creator and global producer of MAMMA MIA! On her win, Stevie, who performed a breath-taking version of ABBA's classic 'Thank You for the Music' said: "I'm honestly lost for words. This is something I could never have imagined, and I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity to even be on the show never mind win it! Thank you to everyone who has supported me and helped me to make this happen!"

We really did have the time of our lives earlier this year when we were flown out to the Greek island of Corfu to get a glimpse inside the production of Mamma Mia! I Have A Dream. As the hit West End musical celebrates its 25th year, the talent search show is looking to cast the new Sophie and Sky.

Set within the beautiful backdrop of the idyllic Greek islands, viewers will have front row seats as the contestants will be judged and mentored by guest industry stars through unique workshops, masterclasses and performances, as they aim to cast these highly sought after roles.

Of course, the 14 contestants won't be alone on the picturesque island. Joining the hungry hopefuls will be a pannel of expert judges, each representing crucial elements that have made MAMMA MIA! the international hit it is today - music, comedy, and drama.

Leah shared how much it means to her to appear on Mamma Mia! I Have a Dream: "Being on this show means the entire world to me! This industry is full of rejections from jobs, and this was my first audition and I very luckily got a yes. This show gives me hope and it makes me very grateful to be able to have worked with incredible people and to be a part of the wonderful MAMMA MIA! family. This is also very educational for me as it's my first professional look into the industry."

Stephanie said of having the opportunity to appear on the show: "To see a musical set in Greece showing Greek traditions is so nostalgic to me and to make my family proud doing what I love with my heritage would just be incredible. I have worked so relentlessly throughout my life, training to get even get an audition for anything musical related, so to be considered for the role of Sophie in the West End is so ridiculous to me. I am eternally grateful for the creatives taking a chance on me."

He revealed about his musical theatre journey: "I started training after school when I was six or seven and I did that all the way through school and high school and decided at some point along the way that I wanted to give it a crack and continue to do that. I went to Guildford School of Acting and graduated in 2018 and went to perform on a cruise ship for a year... I've also been a part of UK and international tours. My goal has always been to sustainably have a career in something that I love doing."

To have the opportunity of playing Sky, he said: "To get a principal role, that would be good. It would be a great achievement for me but more importantly I want to inspire others to never give up on their dreams."

Katie Rawcliffe, Head of Entertainment Commissioning at ITV said ahead of the show: "We are delighted to be teaming up with MAMMA MIA! for this exciting TV event to search for the theatre stars of the future. To have Zoe Ball at the helm expertly guiding our young stars, as well as our expert panel of judges it's going to be an exciting sequel to an already successful global franchise."

My son came to me after he woke up and told me that he had a dream about Jesus. I quickly got my phone to record what it was that he dreamt. Children are very precious and I do believe that the Lord can choose to whom He shares messages with. Unlike typing it out, I will let him tell his dream to you in person. Enjoy!

Narrated Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri: The Prophet said, "If anyone of you sees a dream that he likes, then it is from Allah, and he should thank Allah for it and narrate it to others; but if he sees something else, i.e., a dream that he dislikes, then it is from Satan, and he should seek refuge with Allah from its evil, and he should not mention it to anybody, for it will not harm him."

paul, careful. you maybe be shirk in thse statements. ask your son about the book of hadith on interpreting dreams. looks to me like they are either from god or satan? don't be breaking out any science of the sub-conscious?

i was kidding dude. dreams don't come from god or satan, because neither exist. it is just your subconscience. are you going to be seperated from your mother and sister for any reason? do you fear being seperated from them? does your sister have any reason to fear you leaving.

I had the most disturbing dream when my mom was sick. She was sleeping in the big reclining chair that had become one of the few spots where she could rest during her illness. And suddenly, she woke up and distressingly said, "I'm not gone yet!"

It doesn't sound like much when I describe it, but she died the following morning, so the dream has always stuck with me. I've never been able to shake the sense that it was real somehow. Like it metaphysically coincided with her real-life struggle not to leave us. It would be easy to dismiss it as some thought surfacing from my subconscious, but it seemed far more significant even before I knew she had died.

Since my mother's death, I've felt uneasy about seeing her dreams. In theory, I want her to appear because I desperately want to be close to her. But for years, whenever I dreamt of her, she was still sick and dying. I realize now these dreams weren't about my mother, so much as they were about cancer and the physical and emotional pain it caused.

It wasn't until recently, 17 years after her death, that I've dreamt about my mother in her pre-cancer form. Now that she's reappeared cancer-free, a part of me would like to have one of those significant metaphysical feeling-type grief dreams again, but it's never happened. My dreams are just run-of-the-mill mundane weirdness.

People have long theorized about dreams, but we've yet to solidify our understanding of their function and purpose. From culture to culture and person to person, people believe different things about the meaning and significance of dreaming.

There is a similar difference in perspective about dreams amongst grieving people. Dreams can be a mixed bag after someone you love dies. While some people long to sleep, hoping to see their loved ones, others dread the nighttime hours because they find their dreams distressing. Some say they dream of people who have died often, while others share they never do.

Many people report having pleasant dreams about people who've died, and these dreams may take many shapes. One of the most fundamental experiences that most of us can relate to is dreaming about people and places in the past. In a world where visiting these people and places is no longer possible, it's nice to think they still exist in your conscious and subconscious memory.

Some people interpret grief dreams as "visitations" from the deceased. In these visitations, the person may be free from illness or injury, appear in the afterlife, or seem comfortable or peaceful. These dreams may be pleasant and reassuring because they see the deceased as they once were before experiencing illness.

Other times, grief dreams may feel meaningful because of an interaction or message the person takes away. Perhaps it's the interpretation of the dream that feels significant, or maybe they specifically dreamt that the person who died shared an important message with them.

It does seem worth mentioning that even positive dreams such as these can have an element of sadness and yearning because you must eventually wake up. Although a person may wake with a feeling of comfort, they may also experience an increased sense of loss because they once again lost their feeling of closeness. 0852c4b9a8
