This appeal is limited to the narrow question of whether the sentence is illegal because the three counts in the indictment were multiplicitous. At several points in his brief, defendant argues that he was not aware of the agents' identity until after he had assaulted them. While defendant does not make his argument clear, this seems to suggest the absence of an essential element of the crime--that defendant assaulted the agents because they were federal officials. But by pleading guilty, defendant conceded this element as being established. Kerrigan v. United States, 644 F.2d 47, 49 (1st Cir. 1981). He is thus foreclosed from raising this issue here in his attack upon the legality of his sentence 006ab0faaa
