Greetings and Salutations!

I am Fredrik Ødegaard and currently an Associate Professor of Management Science at the Ivey Business School, Western University. My research focus is on Business Analytics, Revenue Management, Auction Theory, and Healthcare Operations. 

Since joining Ivey in 2007 I have developed several Business Analytics courses and taught across all programs: EMBA (open and custom), MBA, AMBA, MSc, HBA, and PhD. I am currently supervising two PhD students. In addition, I have taught courses and supervised students at School of Engineering, Lund University; Universidad Francisco Marroquín, Guatemala; Ross School of Business, Univ. Michigan; and several non-degree executive programs through the Ivey Academy, Canada, and Executive Foundation Lund, Sweden. Prior to my academic career I worked as a Supply Chain Consultant for i2 Technologies and Programme Director at RR Institute of Applied Economics. 

I am currently an editorial board member of the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management and served as the 2015-2016 President of the Canadian Operational Research Society (CORS). I also served as the General Chair for the CORS 2019 Saskatoon and CORS 2024 London annual meetings.
