At its core, I believe there are 5 essential things every teacher must ensure for conducive learning:
The teacher's role is to act as a guide.
The learner must have access to hands-on activities.
The learner should be able to have choices and allow their curiosity direct their learning.
The learner needs a safe environment that offers them the opportunity to practice his/her skills.
Technology must be incorporated into the school day.
