I am a Post Doctoral Researcher at Maastricht University at the Elverding Chair, where my research focuses on sustainable corporate governance. 

Throughout my doctoral studies, I seek to examine the intersection of corporate governance and corporate social responsibility. More specifically, I take a behavioural view of corporate governance to see how intrinsic and extrinsic motivations like financial incentives, cultural influences or reputational concerns affect corporate sustainability strategies.
