2025 Practice & Dive Meet Calendar
All practices are held at Edward P. Thomas Memorial Pool: 500 Fleming Avenue, Frederick, MD 21701
12 and under: 5:45-6:45 pm
13 and over: 6:45-7:45pm
Divers should come prepared for wet and dry practice.
