Facilitating Successful Projects
Fred and his dedicated team have been pivotal in Alpha Tech Lending's strategic expansion. They drive the company forward with a deep understanding of the complexities inherent in real estate projects and the lending processes involved. To streamline each project's success, they ensure timely feedback, optimal loan matching, transparent terms, and steadfast professional support.
Alpha Tech Lending's diverse portfolio caters to a wide range of needs within the real estate sector, offering programs such as Fix & Flip, New Construction, DSCR 1-4, DSCR 5+, Bridge Loans, and Tru No Doc Loans. Their Fix & Flip loans enable investors to refurbish and enhance properties for maximum return. At the same time, New Construction Loans provide essential funding for developers aiming to undertake new builds from the ground up.
The firm specializes in DSCR Loans for properties ranging from single residential units to large commercial projects, assessing loan qualification based on projected rental income profitability. Additionally, they extend financial solutions for commercial real estate needs, including office buildings, retail spaces, warehouses, and more.
For clients who are transitioning between financial solutions, Alpha Tech Lending's Bridge Loan program offers short-term relief until permanent financing is secured. The Tru No Doc Loan program stands out by valuing loans based solely on asset collateral, independent of the borrower's credit score or financial background.
Moreover, Alpha Tech Lending actively supports the growth of mortgage brokers and consultants working with real estate investors through its Registered Broker Partner Program, which provides lucrative financial incentives and ensures comprehensive support throughout the partnership.
