Matty is a Subaru, snowstorm, and Nasa guy. We have 3 rambunctious little boys, Milo, Teddy, and Jude. They keep us on our toes! They’re usually busy catching frogs, running wild at the beach, and lovin' on their little brother Jude.

We ship super speedy! Items usually ship in 2-4 business days, sometimes sooner! Due to illnesses and that we're a family run business, sometimes it's a bit later but that is rare. Please keep in mind business days EXCLUDE weekends and holidays.
Shipping for VENDOR BOX LIVES/ MARKET LIVES are 10-15 business days (but also very fluid) as these are items that are not in stock and have to be shipped from the vendor. We will always note this on a live if it's a "vendor" live! Any items purchased with a vendor box or market live will also ship within the same timeline even if they are not part of that live. Please keep that in mind when checking out with non-vendor box items and vendor box items at the same time.

All orders ship from our warehouses here in Southern Maryland (hollywood!). Funny fact. Hollywood Md is right next to California Md!

Hey babe! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Happiness is number one around here and we're happy to offer a flexible return policy!
Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you miss that deadline by a few days - no worries. We understand!
If we smell perfume, smoke, see pet hair/ see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, it will be returned to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. We know that won't happen though! We love our Freckled Poppy community!
Returns are eligible for store credit or original payment method. We are unable to accommodate exchanges for any purchases at this time.
Please note mystery items, jewelry, accessories or personal care items, items bought with a coupon code at and OVER 30% (under you can return) or earned cash back, sale items and items ending in 99 are FINAL SALE. Other items listed as FINAL SALE are also not returnable
