We are committed to providing a harassment-free conference for all workshop participants, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, age, political opinion or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form.
All communication should be appropriate for a professional audience including people of many different backgrounds. Sexual language and imagery should not be used at any time during the conference, including presentations and posters.
Be kind to others. Do not insult or put down other attendees. Behave professionally. Remember that harassment and sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes are not appropriate.
Attendees violating this code may be asked to leave the workshop.
Given the exciting and groundbreaking nature of the field, some talks at this conference will likely include new, unpublished results and discoveries. Some of these results may be under embargo and some may be not fully ready to be widely shared.
All speakers have full discretion over whether a result can be shared via social media or not. If a speaker asks that a result or talk not be shared to social media platforms, all participants (both in person and streaming the workshop) must respect this request.
All social media posts involving the conference or the conference hashtag (#FRB2019) should be appropriate and respectful. Harassment or disparagement of individuals, groups, or results will not be tolerated.
Attendees violating this code may be asked to leave the workshop, or may be disconnected from the streaming link.
