This Privacy Policy explains how the Fusionfruit mobile app ("the App", "we", "us") published by [PUBLISHER] handles
information when you use it. By installing or using the App you agree to this policy.
1. Who we are
Fusionfruit is a casual merge game published by [PUBLISHER]. Contact: akouagroupe@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
2.1 Stored only on your device
The App saves the following data locally on your device, using your operating system's standard storage. We do not
transmit it to our servers (we don't operate any):
- Game progress: scores, best item reached per world, total score, unlocked worlds.
- Retention data: daily streak, daily challenges, claimed rewards, XP, achievements, item collection, power-ups.
- Preferences: selected language, music and sound-effects toggles.
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App deletes all of it.
2.2 Data collected through advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner, interstitial and rewarded ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve ads, AdMob may collect:
- Your advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / Apple IDFA).
- Your IP address and approximate location derived from it.
- Device and operating-system information (model, OS version, language, time zone).
- Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, completions for rewarded ads).
This data is collected and processed by Google, not by us, under Google's own privacy policy:

On iOS, before any tracking for personalised advertising, the App requests your permission through Apple's App
Tracking Transparency prompt. If you decline, ads are still shown but are not personalised.
On Android and iOS, a Google-provided consent form (UMP) may also be displayed in regions where required (EEA, UK,
Switzerland) so you can choose between personalised and non-personalised ads.
2.3 Notifications
The App uses local notifications (scheduled directly on your device through the Expo Notifications module) to remind
you to play and to keep your streak alive. No push token is sent to our servers, and we do not send remote push
notifications.
You can disable notifications at any time from your device's system settings.
3. Permissions we request
- Internet / Network state — required to load ads.
- Notifications — required to schedule local reminders.
- Vibrate — required for in-game haptic feedback.
We do not access contacts, photos, microphone, camera, precise location, or any other sensitive permission.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or share your data. The only third party that processes data through the App is Google (AdMob),
as described in section 2.2, for the sole purpose of serving ads.
5. Children
The App is suitable for general audiences. It is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not
knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent and believe a child has used the App, you can
uninstall it to delete all local data and contact us at the address below.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live (in particular under the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, and the California CCPA), you may have the
right to:
- access the data held about you,
- request its correction or deletion,
- object to or restrict its processing,
- withdraw consent for personalised advertising at any time.
For the data stored on your device (section 2.1), you can exercise these rights yourself at any time by clearing the
App's data or uninstalling the App.
For data processed by Google AdMob (section 2.2), you can:
- reset or delete your advertising identifier in your device settings,
- opt out of personalised advertising in your device settings,
- re-display the consent form (where applicable) from the App's Settings screen,
- contact Google directly using the links in section 2.2.

7. Data security and retention
- Data stored on your device is protected by your device's own security mechanisms (lock screen, sandboxing).
- Data exchanged with Google AdMob is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
- We do not store any personal data on our own servers, since we do not operate any.
8. International transfers
Because the only data processor we rely on is Google, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United
States and other countries where Google operates. Google relies on standard contractual clauses and other safeguards
described in its own privacy policy.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page indicates when it
was last revised. Material changes will be highlighted in the App or on the store listing. Continued use of the App
after a change means you accept the updated policy.
