I'm co-organizing the Princeton Informal Topology Summer school.
If you're an undergraduate interested in doing some reading or research under my guidance please don't hesitate to reach out. You may find it useful to look at my research page for a description of my mathematical interests first. Of my interests, the study of open book foliations is probably the most accessible. In particular, as a follow up to this paper I wrote with Román Aranda and Margaret Doig using open book foliations, Margaret Doig coauthored another paper with Chase Gehringer - an undergraduate collaborator - on the bridge-braid spectrum of a link, again using open book foliations. There are many other natural, approachable, questions in this direction.
