Quietly located on the edge of Costa de Antigua — close to Caleta de Fuste — and offering breathtaking views of the ocean, lava fields, and the village surroundings all at once. Whether you want to relax on the cozy balcony, take a walk along the coast, or simply do absolutely nothing… this is the perfect place to unwind.

🛒 Supermarket, bus stop, bars, and a nice walk along the sea are all within walking distance. Want some more action? Caleta de Fuste with its lively promenade, restaurants, and beach is just 5 minutes by car or bus.

Residence Oceano is a cozy, small, and well-kept place – perfect if you're looking for some peace, comfort, and chill vibes. In the middle of the complex, there's a shared pool with loungers, seating areas, and outdoor showers; a great spot to soak up the sun and relax. For bike lovers, there's a bike rack where you can store your bike safely. The common areas are monitored with cameras, and the whole place is only accessible with a key, so you can enjoy your stay without worries. One of the best parts is the beautiful shared garden with palm trees. During the warmer months, the shady spots under the palms are perfect for reading, relaxing, or just taking a break.

We care deeply about the environment and have therefore consciously chosen not to install a dishwasher or tumble dryer in our apartment. Instead, we have fitted a water-saving shower head and use energy-efficient LED lighting throughout the apartment.
