He / she can prepare a Navigational Flight Plan (Blue Print for flying – used in cockpit),
which guides the Cockpit crew to fly from Origin to Destination, and also in case of Emergency, safely divert to Alternate Airfield!

Trim Sheet enables to arrive at the CG (Centre of Gravity) of the aircraft. This is the last document to come on board, and subsequently the aircraft door is closed. Pilot trims the aircraft based on the output of such document. And the aircraft gets airborne. This is also taught meticulously.

Any Standard Flight Dispatch Office of any Airline will have one Short Range (VHF) and one Long Range (HF) communication System. Also SELCAL (Selective Calling) System.
