To secure your reservation, a $50 security deposit is required. Your reservation will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. If we do not receive the deposit within seven days, we will contact you as a courtesy. You will then have 24 hours to submit the deposit in order to keep your booking. After 24 hours, the reservation will be forfeited.

Cancellation due to rain before delivery is en route: A full refund of the deposit will be provided.

Cancellation due to rain while the delivery is in route: The deposit is non-refundable, but it will be applied toward a future rental within the next 12 months.

Cancellation after the delivery truck has arrived: The deposit will not be refunded.

Cancellation after the inflatable is set up: A charge of two times the deposit amount will be due.

We understand that every cancellation may have unique circumstances, and we strive to be fair with all customers. However, please note that we operate a business and must ensure financial stability, so we can only issue refunds in accordance with the guidelines outlined above.

Canceling due to rain can be tricky in our Southern Tennessee climate, where rainfall can vary significantly from one town to another. To ensure fairness, we've established a rain cancellation policy that we believe best accommodates the unpredictability of local weather. Since rain can often be localized, it is the renter’s responsibility to notify us of a cancellation due to weather conditions. We strive to avoid mistakenly canceling deliveries and will only cancel in cases of significant or dangerous weather.

Please note that a minimum payment is required at checkout and will be applied to your total balance. If you cancel before our arrival for setup, the minimum payment is refundable. However, if you cancel after our arrival, the minimum payment will be kept as credit and can be applied to a future event within one year. Once setup begins, full payment is required, and it becomes non-refundable.

No, we prioritize providing the highest quality and cleanest products for our customers. To maintain cleanliness, food and beverages are not allowed inside the inflatables. Additionally, toys can cause damage, and items like silly string are strictly prohibited as they can damage the inflatable’s surface.

We highly recommend calling early for the best availability. We often see clients plan their events months in advance, but then wait until just a couple of weeks before to reserve an inflatable. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, our inventory tends to book up quickly. In the Winter, our smaller, garage-sized bouncers are in high demand. To ensure you get the inflatable you want, contact us as soon as you settle on your event date. Once we confirm availability, you can proceed with finalizing your guest list. By booking early, you’ll secure the perfect inflatable for your event.

All inflatables are powered by a fan that runs continuously during the rental. For safety reasons, each inflatable must be set up within 75 feet of a power source. Please consider this when planning the layout for your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Delivery, setup, and pickup are free for most locations within Williamson County and the surrounding areas. For locations more than 30 miles from Downtown Franklin, please call to inquire about applicable delivery fees. If a delivery fee applies, it will be a flat rate, regardless of the number of units being delivered on the same day.

We do offer discounts for renting multiple items on the same day, at the same location, and within the same hours. Please call for more details. Due to insurance restrictions, we are unable to provide free rentals to non-profit organizations. However, if your organization is a current customer, and you’re planning a large event or fundraiser, please contact us for more information. We are always happy to work with you to provide the best value within your budget.

Absolutely! We offer a 10% discount on rentals for active, reserve, and retired military personnel as a token of our appreciation for your service. When making your reservation, simply let our staff know your military status, and we’ll be proud to apply the discount as a small way of saying "Thank you" for all you do.

If you need to make changes to your reservation, such as adjusting the hours or items, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot guarantee availability. If you decide to cancel your reservation, a refund of the deposit will only be issued if the cancellation is received within five (5) days of booking. Cancellations made after this period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please keep in mind that when you reserve an inflatable, we take it off the availability list, so we kindly ask that you are certain of your choice at the time of reservation.

We always ensure to set up before your scheduled rental time and take down afterward so that you get the full duration of your rental. Depending on the delivery schedule, you may even receive extra time at no additional charge. However, your rental time will begin and end as per the contracted hours, regardless of when our driver sets up or takes down the inflatable. Setup and takedown times are determined by our staff’s needs, and drivers are not authorized to alter rental times. Any changes to rental times must be made through our office prior to the rental.
