We strive to do our best every single day, in the classroom, in practice, and in competition. Success is measured through improvement and consistency, not simply through times. Every runner who comes through our program will leave high school a more complete person and athlete, and our goal is for them to all be lifelong runners!

November 15 - Sections
We have our Section meet this Saturday at Willow Hills Reservoir in Folsom. There is no bus for this meet, and Folsom High School will be charging $10 to park in their parking lot. Out tent will be set up on the backside of the lake, just like usual. We have a volunteer location again for this meet (located very close to our tent). Please SIGN UP HERE!
