Thanks to a partnership with the Franklin County Fairgrounds, our Franklin County 4-H Council Walk & Serve and the City of Hilliard's Environmental Sustainability Commission (Go Green Hilliard), the April 13 event at the Franklin County Fairgrounds will be a bigger, better, and more impactful Earth Day!

FANTASTIC FUTURES 4-H CLUB

Help make bracelets for the OCAO survivor and fighter luncheon.

Ovarian Cancer Alliance of Ohio's (OCAO) mission is to promote early detection of ovarian cancer with advocacy, education, awareness, and public outreach to improve outcomes and help save lives. We also work to support women who have been diagnosed with ovarian cancer as well as their family members.

CLEVER CLOVERS 4-H CLUB

Birthdays are important! Help make a birthday bag (cake mix, frosting, party supplies, etc.) for those who need a hand-up.

NNEMAP serves the evolving needs of our community by providing nutritious food and connections to essential resources.

Worthington Resource Pantry: We are a food pantry and a resource center that serves neighbors in eight zip codes in northern Franklin and southern Delaware counties.

LIBERTY BELLS 4-H CLUB

Make a rice sock which can be heated in the microwave or cooled in the freezer and then used to help calm pain. Complete the presentation by tying it with a ribbon and instructions for use and putting it in a clear gift bag.

Birthright provides love and support to women facing unplanned pregnancies and is available to women for as long as needed.

Cancer Support Community: To ensure no one has to face cancer alone, their support services are available at no cost through a network of community-based centers, hospitals, oncology practices, and other non-profits, as well as online.

FAR EAST 4-H CLUB

Make bumblebee homes from clay pots and paint them for the ESA@50: Art Mural for Linden & Pollinator Party on June 15, 2024, benefiting the Connecting Community Corridor for People Pollinators and the Planet; a project supported by the non-profit Simply Living.

K9 WONDER DOGS 4-H CLUB

Make fleece dog toys and snuffle mats for homeless dogs.

Gigi’s is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to saving homeless dogs. We're improving the lives of more than 6,300 homeless dogs each year. Our state-of-the-art campus and program are designed to get thousands of homeless dogs healthier and ready for adoption. Gigi’s provides 100% free access to vaccines, veterinary care, dental procedures, behavioral support, transportation, and housing to our partner rural shelters and the thousands of dogs in our program.


GREAT EXPECTATIONS 4-H CLUB / FRANKLIN CO. SHOOTING SPORTS CLUB

Put together food and personal hygiene bags and then create a card and write a note to go to an active military family or a veteran needing a hand-up.

M.A.S.H. = Military and Service Heroes Food Pantry and Resource Center is an INDEPENDENT 501(c)(3) non-profit homegrown organization that provides resources to meet personal needs local veterans may have: (ie food and hygiene items, support resources, vocational assistance and more).  Serving Veterans, Armed Forces, their families and survivors of the Columbus Metropolitan area. "NO Veteran, Military Family or Survivor will go without...at least not on OUR WATCH!"

CAROUSEL RIDERS 4-H CLUB

Dye a silk scarf using special tissue paper - a unique technique that will surely brighten someone who is battling cancer.

The purpose of the American Cancer Society: we're on a mission to free the world from cancer. Until we do, we'll be funding and be conducting research, sharing expert information, supporting patients, and spreading the word about prevention. All so you can live longer — and better.

Ronald McDonald House Charities serves children & families worldwide through family-centered programs which promote health & togetherness. We believe in supporting families around the world and helping them access the medical care and resources they need.

LUCKY CLOVERS 4-H CLUB

Help create care packages (toiletries, magazines, "snacks", etc.) which will be sent to active military personnel, including notes thanking them for their service.

The Buckeye Military Moms, a chapter of the Blue Star Mothers of America, are Mothers who have Sons and/or Daughters who are currently serving or have served in any Branch of the U.S. Military. Supporting each other, our children, and our families.

A Kid Again offers free local events and activities called Adventures for families who have a child facing a life-threatening condition. They handle all expenses and details, so you can simply enjoy quality time with your loved ones.

Make paper placemats for summer senior lunches to be distributed to those in senior living centers in the Central Ohio area.

Our vision is to be the “go to” agency for services, resources, and advocacy in Clintonville and Beechwold areas.

Moms2B strives to empower women in high-risk neighborhoods to deliver full term, healthy babies by providing prenatal education and social support. Moms2B is an innovative, community-based pregnancy program for low-income women established by The Ohio State University in 2010.

Project Linus is a non-profit volunteer organization with a two-fold mission.
First, it is our mission to provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer "blanketeers."
Second, it is our mission to provide a rewarding and fun service opportunity for interested individuals and groups in local communities, for the benefit of children.
