Below is a speaker plot that illustrates where our speakers were positioned in our theater's catwalk in relation to the where the audience was sitting. The simplistic setup of our sound system allowed me to focus on the large number of cues I used for this production.
Below is the finalized version of our sound cue sheet. As a few cues were added during the tech rehearsal process, the stage manager and I agreed to make these additions point cues, so that she did not have to update her cue numbers for calling the show every time a new cue was added. In total, there were 125 sound cues in this production, which is the highest number of sound cues in any production I have ever worked on.
Below are screenshots of my QLab workspace file, which showcases how long each cue is and how each auto-continue/auto-follow was connected in the software. Because of the large number of cues in this production, I opted to use the colors found in QLab to highlight which scene each cue occurred in.
