Dr. Francis Osei-Tutu is currently an Associate Professor of finance at Paris School of Business, France (September 2023 to date). I teach finance courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. 

I am the director for the Master in Investment and Financial Risk Management at Paris School of Business.

I hold a PhD in Finance from the University of Strasbourg (France), a Master of Finance degree from University of Rennes (France), and a Bsc Actuarial Science degree from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (Ghana). I was previously an Associate Professor in Finance at EM Strasbourg Business School, France (September 2021 - August 2023).

My research interests include banking, corporate finance, and development finance. In sum, my research focuses on examining the link between finance and development and exploring the policies needed to build an efficient financial system.
