Mapping water-borne diseases

This project aimed to collect data for water-borne disease incidences to create an early warning.

This is dumpy data used to display on how the GIS web system functions .

The above images displays the interface for data collected and visualized on the system. The SMS displays a report send from the data collection point to send an alarm.

Francis Odero This project aims to map water-borne (Cholera and Typhoid) disease outbreak areas and perform spatial and statistical visualization of the data collected; to display the spread of water-borne diseases at the early stage in Kenya and hot spot areas.
