About me

I'm Francisco Espino Román. I was born and raised Córdoba (Spain), a Marketing Technician and UX designer, an enthusiastic person ready to face the challenge of new challenges and projects, in which to excel, both at work, academic and personal level.

My goal is to turn complex objectives into accessible, pleasant, and easy-to-use designs. 

I have extensive experience for over 15 years in customer service, I'm equipped with strong communication and performance skills, among which stand out: my empathy, creativity, proactivity, teamwork, planning, management, control, negotiation and resolution. 

This, combined with the experience I gained from completing a rigorous program in UX Design, has prepared me to delve deep into understanding my users, creating elegant design solutions for their needs, and meeting business objectives.
