I am the co-founder of Accademia NEMO, a professional training institute in Florence, Italy for animation, illustration, concept art, game art and 3D and I have been Educational Director and Teacher for 23 years.

During these years I've personally taken care of the teaching structure and logistics of the courses, coordinating teachers, professionals and students and I've worked closely with more than 70 international artists around Entertainment world, organizing Workshops, Masterclasses, Talk & Panels, Exhibitions and personally involving them in drafting of the Academy's teaching materials.

I also collaborated in the organization and management of Bobby Chiu's Schoolism Live Workshops, hosting and following 20 artists in the Italian edition in Florence.

I currently work as a Consultant for Art & Entertainment's Event and Training with studios, for their employees, for professionals and events.

Sono il co-fondatore di Accademia NEMO, istituto di formazione professionale a Firenze per cinema d'animazione, illustrazione, concept art, game art e 3D e sono stato Direttore didattico ed Insegnante per 23 anni.

2016 > 2023: Different roles from Direction and Production management in the 5 animated short films in 2D full frame animation for the Animando project with the collaboration of selected students and the artists Tom Bancroft, Sandro Cleuzo, John Nevarez, John Pomeroy, Carlos Grangel, Esther Morales, Alarico Ciaramelli, JP Vine and Tony Tarantini.

Other activities:

2021: Technical consultancy for "The Withches seed", a musical produced by Tones in the Stones and starring Irene Grandi, Maddalena Calderoni with music by Stewart Copeland and visuals by Edvige Faini.

2021 > 2023: Interviews and podcasts with professionals from the European studios Boulder media, Ninja Theory, Brown Bag, Cartoon Saloon, Lighthouse Studios, Netflix, Rare, Unit, Skydance Animation, Gutsy Animation, Tomavision, In2Real and editorial illustrators including Marco Leoni and Katya Longhi for the NexT NEMO project.
