I am an Economic Analyst at the Joint Research Centre (JRC) of the European Commission in the Unit Economics of Food Systems.
My expertise lies in economic modelling and policy evaluation at the intersection of trade, climate change, and sustainable development, using quantitative tools such as computable general equilibrium (CGE) and integrated assessment (IAM) models, as well as spatial data approaches.
I hold a master's degree in Sustainable Rural Development from University of Perugia and a Ph.D. in Sustainable Development and Climate change from University School for Advanced Studies IUSS Pavia and University of Urbino "Carlo Bo". Previously a postdoctoral research fellow at the Department of Economics, Roma Tre University, and a member of SEEDS - Sustainability Environmental Economics and Dynamics Studies.
