• Your media stays on your device unless you use the optional AI features described below.

• There are zero ads or ad trackers.

• Your data is never sold or monetized.

• There are no unnecessary app permissions.

Data Collection

The app collects limited, anonymized data to support purchases and the optional AI features (image upscaling and AI chat). None of it is linked to your identity or used for tracking.

Purchase History: Used to unlock features you've paid for, restore purchases, and provide anonymized purchase analytics.

Photos (optional): When you upscale an image or attach a photo in the AI chat, that image is securely uploaded as part of your request and used only to generate your result. Not stored by me, not linked to your identity, and not used for tracking.

Device ID: Used to enforce per-device usage limits on AI features and for anonymized analytics. Not linked to your identity and not used for tracking.

IP Address: Used to enforce per-device usage limits on AI features and for anonymized analytics. Not linked to your identity and not used for tracking.

Image Upscaling (optional)

When you upscale a photo or video frame, the image is securely routed through AIProxy to Replicate, where Topaz Labs' upscaling model generates your enhanced image. The image is used only to produce your result and is not retained beyond what is needed to process the request.

AI Chat (Optional)

When you use the AI chat, the content you submit — your prompts and any images you attach — is securely routed through AIProxy and sent to OpenAI to generate your result. This content is used only to produce your result, is not linked to your identity, and is not used for tracking. OpenAI may retain API content briefly for abuse monitoring and does not use it to train its models. Please do not enter anything into the AI features that you would not want transmitted for processing. If you do not use the AI features, this content stays on your device.

Data Sharing

Anonymous data is shared with the following trusted third-party services to provide app functionality. None of it is linked to your identity or used for tracking. You can review their privacy policies for more details.

RevenueCat — processes anonymous purchase history to manage subscriptions and restore purchases. RevenueCat Privacy Policy

AIProxy — processes anonymized Device ID and IP Address to securely route AI requests, enforce usage limits, and collect anonymous analytics. AIProxy Privacy Policy

Replicate — processes images you submit for upscaling (using Topaz Labs' model) to generate results. Replicate Privacy Policy
