Frame Capture (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a video frame extraction tool that lets you select videos from your device, preview them, and save individual frames as images.
We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app accesses, how it is used, and your choices.
Videos you select — You choose videos from your device using the system file picker. Frameraa only accesses videos you explicitly select.
Feedback emails — If you contact us via the in-app Feedback option, your email app may share your email address and message content with us.
Information stored on your device
Frameraa stores a small amount of data locally on your device, including:
This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
When you extract and save a frame, the image is saved to your device’s gallery in a Pictures/Framera folder. You control these files and can delete them at any time.
We use accessed information only to:
Play and preview videos you select
Extract frames at the position you choose
Save images in your chosen format (JPEG, PNG, WEBP, or HEIC)
Improve your in-app experience (for example, remembering onboarding completion)
All video processing happens on your device. We do not upload your videos or extracted images to our servers.
Frameraa does not:
Collect personal information such as your name, phone number, or location
Upload your videos or photos to external servers
Sell your data to third parties
Use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs (based on the current version of the app)
Frameraa may request access to:
You can revoke permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features may not work without the required permissions.
Videos: Processed temporarily on your device and not stored by the app unless you save a frame.
Extracted images: Saved only where you choose (your gallery) and remain until you delete them.
App settings: Stored locally until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
Frameraa is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We process your media locally on your device. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, keeping processing on-device reduces exposure of your videos and images.

Deny or revoke media permissions in device settings
Delete saved images from your gallery
Clear app data or uninstall the app to remove locally stored preferences
