FPL Card Creator ("the App") is a football statistics card-creation
utility. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when
you use the App.
FPL Card Creator does not require you to create an account and does not
ask you to provide your name, email address, telephone number, or other
profile information.
The App retrieves publicly available Fantasy Premier League player and
gameweek information over the internet so that it can create player
cards. Player selections and card customisation choices are used to
provide the requested App functionality.
Cards that you choose to save or share are generated on your device.
When you use Android's sharing features, the destination app or service
you select will process the shared image under its own privacy policy.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. Google and its
advertising partners may process information such as device identifiers,
IP address, approximate or precise location where permitted, advertising
interactions, diagnostic information, and other device or usage
information for purposes including ad delivery, measurement, fraud
prevention, security, and---where you consent---personalised
advertising.
For users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland,
the App uses Google's consent mechanism to request and record applicable
advertising choices.

The App accesses football/Fantasy Premier League data from online
sources required to provide its player-card functionality. Requests to
third-party services necessarily transmit technical information such as
your IP address as part of normal internet communication. Those services
may process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
FPL Card Creator does not operate a user-account database for the App
and does not intentionally sell personal information.
Images are saved or shared only when you choose the relevant action. The
App may use device/app storage as necessary to generate and export those
images.
Advertising providers may independently collect, process and share data
as described above and in their own privacy documentation.
FPL Card Creator is a general-audience football utility and is not
specifically directed to children. If the App is later marketed to or
made primarily for children, its advertising and privacy configuration
will be reviewed and changed as required by applicable law and Google
Play policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal
data, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction,
objection, or withdrawal of consent.
Reasonable steps are taken to minimise the information handled directly
by the App. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be
guaranteed to be completely secure.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App's features, advertising
providers, data practices, or legal requirements change. The effective
date above will be updated when material changes are made.

affiliated with, or sponsored by the Premier League, Fantasy Premier
