# Foxwood Games Privacy Policy

Foxwood Games is a children's game app developed by Frog Forest Dev in England, United Kingdom.
## Information stored by the app
Foxwood Games can save fox profiles, game progress, preferences, Care Corner activity, feelings check-ins and optional short notes. This information is stored locally on the user's device so that the app can remember progress.
Frog Forest Dev does not receive, collect, sell or share this information. Foxwood Games does not use advertising, analytics, tracking, online accounts or behavioural profiling.
## Children's privacy
Foxwood Games is designed to be suitable for children. The app does not ask children for an email address, real name, precise location, telephone number, photograph or other contact information. Fox profile names and optional Care Corner notes remain on the device.
## Sharing
Parent View includes an optional system share action for a parent summary. Nothing is shared unless the user deliberately chooses this action and selects a destination using the device's own share controls. Frog Forest Dev does not receive a copy.
## Backups and security
Foxwood Games excludes its local app data from Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup. Parent View is protected by a parent-created passcode. This is a light parental gate on a shared device and should not be treated as strong encryption or account security.
## Data choices and deletion
A parent can clear saved Care Corner history from Parent View. Uninstalling Foxwood Games removes the app and its locally stored data. The app does not create an online account, so there is no server-side account or data for Frog Forest Dev to delete.
## Internet and third parties
Foxwood Games is designed to work offline. It does not include advertising or analytics SDKs and does not transmit app activity to Frog Forest Dev. The app includes credited licensed audio, but the audio is bundled with the app and does not contact the music creator.
## Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated if the app's features or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
