Meet Our Leadership Team
Fox’s Dinky Little Farm, Inc. is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors who share a deep passion for animal welfare and community healing in Lorain County. Our board ensures fiscal responsibility, guides our strategic growth, and works hard to keep our therapeutic programs accessible to all.
Paula Fox – Board President
Paula has lived in North Ridgeville, OH since 1998, currently residing on the same property as Fox's Dinky Little Farm, Inc. Her husband Wayne is not an official member of the board, but she could not have made this dream happen without his support! Together, they have two beautiful children, Eric and Jordan, and two beloved indoor dogs, Apollo and Hunter.
Paula has been an Intervention Specialist for nearly 30 years. She is incredibly passionate about the profound emotional, educational, and healing benefits that farm life and animal-assisted activities can offer to the entire community.
Patricia Brown - Vice President
Tricia is an esteemed colleague and close friend of Paula, residing in the West Park area of Cleveland with her beautiful family. She has supported Paula from the very beginning of this journey and acts as a trusted sounding board for every creative idea that pops up. In fact, many of their daily carpooling conversations revolve around the farm animals!
Tricia is deeply dedicated to growing our farm into a true, life-changing resource for individuals with disabilities, those facing mental health difficulties, and anyone who simply wants to learn about animal care. She leads by example, having personally purchased and sponsored one of the sweet goats residing right here on our farm.
Amy Cope – Treasurer
Amy and Paula have been best friends since middle school! They both graduated from Marion L. Steele High School in Amherst, OH, and both ended up settling down in the amazing community of North Ridgeville.
With a strong professional background, Amy brings vital oversight to the farm's finances. She is dedicated to ensuring that every dollar donated to Fox’s Dinky Little Farm, Inc. goes directly toward the care of our animals and the expansion of our community programs.
Lori Dersi – Secretary
Lori first found her way into farm life by commenting on a Facebook post showing one of our ducks enjoying a sprinkler on a hot summer day (she mentioned she wanted to water a duck too!). Since that day, she has fully immersed herself in keeping the farm running.
Lori volunteers on a very regular basis, tackling any and all projects right alongside Paula and Wayne. She is always up for a challenge! Her strong organizational skills make her the perfect fit for Secretary, where she keeps us on track by taking detailed notes during board meetings and maintaining our meeting minutes.
