HOA residents who are current on dues and who have opted in to the FREE trash pickup service provided by Waste Management.  All trash will be picked up on Mondays.  Please see the 2025 recycling calendar below. Recycling will be picked up on Mondays, during the GOLD weeks indicated below.  

REMINDER: PLEASE store your trash and recycle bins out of view except on trash days, as defined in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (Article 5, Section 5.23). 

If you have an issue with the trash service contact Mike Lewis (Not Waste Management). We don't deal with them locally. We are under contract with them in Arizona.
