We are small hobbyist breeders with occasional surplus. All our reptiles will be feeding, pooping & shedding well before they are made available to purchase.

Buyers must be 18 years or older.

Collection in person (at a mutually agreed time) is preferred, if collection in person is not possible, we are happy to send reptiles via a Ridgeway Courier at buyers expense, however we cannot be held responsible for anything during transit and any courier issues will need to be dealt directly with the courier company.  Courier fee is non refundable once booked.

Please make sure you are committed before purchasing a reptile as we reserve the right to keep a 20% non-refundable deposit.

Full payment must be received on collection or if using courier service, 1 day prior to collection.

Loss of Contact: If you place a deposit for a reptile then disappear without warning we will attempt to contact you for 3 weeks. If we haven't heard from you by the end of the 3 week period the animal will be re-listed for sale and we reserve the right to retain any payments you have made as compensation.

Health Guarantee: We cannot be held responsible for issues that occur or develop once the reptile is in your care, therefore we offer 6 days health guarantee providing you contact us as soon as you receive the reptile to inform us of the reptiles safe arrival, if you have any concerns about the health of the animal within the first 6 days you must contact us as soon as possible so that we may help identify and resolve the issue. Failure to do so will void the health guarantee.  At this point you will be asked questions and be required to provide photographic evidence of your reptile and its enclosure.

If all of the criteria is met within the health guarantee, we will do our best to replace the reptile with a comparable reptile or issue a refund.

Not Covered In Health Guarantee: Conditions that are a result from poor husbandry, dehydration, tail loss, choking/impaction from substrate or incorrect food given, including food that is too large for the reptile, burns, and injury resulting from accidents or overheating.

Please do your research before you buy.  However should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, we are happy to provide you with advise throughout the lifetime of your reptile.

We reserve the right to refuse a sale.  Reptiles will be sold on a first come first served basis.

To protect both parties, we keep photos of each reptile.  After purchase, you may use the photos from FoxReptiles providing you give photo credit and do not alter the pictures.

Reptiles sold as possible or probable female/male cannot be guaranteed.
