The Passport Project
At Fox Grove Childminding, we believe that you’re never too young to start making a difference. That’s why we are thrilled to introduce the Citizenship Passport: a specially designed program for children aged 4 and under that turns character-building into an exciting adventure.
The Citizenship Passport is a hands-on journey where children complete "missions" centered around two core pillars: Helping People and Protecting the Planet.
60 Unique Missions: From recycling a plastic bottle to helping set the table, there are 60 milestones for children to explore.
Earn Your Patches: As children complete a set number of missions, they are rewarded with high-quality, embroidered patches.
Make it Your Own: These patches aren't just for a shelf. Attach them to a favorite jacket, a backpack, or a "mission blanket" to showcase their hard work
While the children see it as a game, the Citizenship Passport serves as a foundation for essential life skills. We focus on the "Hidden Curriculum" that helps your child thrive in the real world:
Empathy & Kindness: Learning to recognize feelings in others and lend a helping hand.
Safety First: Understanding road safety, indoor hazards, and how to stay secure.
Good Manners: Building the habit of "please," "thank you," and respectful sharing.
Health & Hygiene: Encouraging independent hand-washing, tidying up, and staying clean.
Environmental Awareness: Developing an early love for nature and a drive to protect it.
