Derek Suess
Derek Suess
Coach Suess enters his sixth season as the head coach of the Foxboro Warriors in 2023.
The 2022 season saw the Warriors break countless program records, including the first ever trip to the state semifinals.
In 2019, his second year at the helm, the Warriors saw major improvements offensively. The Warriors scored 112 runs (doubling their output from 2018), while collecting 160 hits, 36 extra base hits, and 96 RBIs.
Prior to be named the head baseball coach in 2017, Coach Suess was an assistant Varsity coach for the Warriors for five seasons, serving as the JV coach for two of those seasons.
Suess currently serves as the Warriors head Freshmen football coach, a position he's held since 2014. He also served as an assistant with the Warriors basketball program for six seasons.
The Foxboro native also has experience with the GBG Northeast Hawks, serving as an assistant coach for the 16U and 17U Northeast teams. He also headed the 18U Northeast Hawks in 2018. Suess was also head coach of the Foxboro Junior Legion baseball team for two summers.
A 2007 graduate of Foxboro High School, Suess played a role in the Warriors success in '07, as the team won 15 games with a trip to the South Sectional Semi-Finals.
Suess went on to Franklin Pierce University ('11) where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Sports and Recreation Management while playing one season for the Ravens. He also earned his Master's Degree in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine in 2016.
He currently serves as a Special Education teacher at Foxboro High School.

Coach Jeannetti resumes his duties as the pitching coach of the Warriors for an ninth season, his sixth on Coach Suess' staff.
The Warriors pitching staff saw great improvement from 2018 to 2019 under Coach Jeannetti. The pitchers sported a 3.16 ERA with hitters hitting only .266 against them, while increasing strikeout totals (110) and giving up less walks (62).
The Foxboro native also has coaching experience with the GBG Northeast Hawks (12U and 18U), ITP Theives (16U and 17U), and the Apex Braves (18U).
A 2007 graduate of Foxboro High School, Jeannetti played a key role in the Warriors success during his high school career, including a 15 win season and a trip to the South Sectional Semi-Finals. He garnered much attention as a preseason Boston Herald Player to Watch and earned Hockomock League and Sun Chronicle All Star honors.

Todd Kaeser
Todd Kaeser
Coach Kaeser returns for a sixth year on Coach Suess' staff, serving as a Varsity assistant for a fourth season after one year as the head JV coach.
Kaeser is no stranger to the Foxboro Warriors Baseball program, having served as the head Varsity baseball coach from 1998 to 2005. In total, he has served the program for the better part of 20 seasons, holding a variety of coaching positions at all three levels.
The Foxboro native has coaching experience with the Foxboro girls Basketball and Volleyball programs. Kaeser also has close to a decades worth of experience coaching in the Foxboro Youth Baseball and Foxboro Youth Basketball programs.
A 1993 graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Kaeser holds a Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Social Studies. He also earned his Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University in 2000.
