For those of you who like to go off-road, Fox is one of the best names. The Fox V2 is one of the brand's best-selling off-road helmets. It's a great helmet for beginners but has features from the higher line. Now, the brand has chosen to update it. Let's do it.

NEW FORM OF FOX V1

So far, the first thing that comes to mind is that the Fox V2 is different from older models. The style is more modern and forceful.

Injection-molded polycarbonate and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) make up the top shell. ABS is an extremely strong plastic that spreads out the impact energy. This is an important part of off-roading.

The MVRS is Fox's big new idea for 2019.

But the most important difference between this helmet and the last generation is the MVRS (Magnetic Visor Release System), which is a magnet system for the visor that we saw in the V3 and can now see in the V1. Basically, the visor is held in place by magnets, which is very helpful, but if you take a hard fall, the visor can be easily removed, protecting you from any harm that could come from being stuck. The visor is easy to take off since we don't have any screws.

One of the best new features of the V1 is without a question the visor anchoring system.

Anyhow, the lid is a little different from the V3's. I don't know if you'll remember this, but V3 has three magnets. We can see that there is a main magnet here, but on each side there are now two points instead of the sides. There is no question that it is a great system.

AIR Flow and the Inside

You should also know that the helmet lets a lot of air flow through it. One of the best in its class. In fact, the ventilation system has been totally redesigned. There are now nine air intakes and four exhaust fans in the back to get rid of the hot air. One thing that stands out is the two openings with grilles on either side of the chin bar. Something important to remember.Inside the 2019 Fox V2

Information about the Fox V1 2019's breathable, replaceable, and washable inner paddings.

The V1 has padding and cheeks on the inside that can be taken out and washed. Very comfy, airy, and dries quickly. When you're riding your bike, you sweat a lot, so this kind of helmet has to be able to handle that.

Also, the double buckle closure is the best on the market and must be used in competition, so it shouldn't be a surprise that an off-road helmet has one.

WHAT THE FOX V1 2019 HAS

IN THE END

We are ending this study right now. This helmet, V1 2019, is a great place to start because it performs well and doesn't cost too much. It does what it was supposed to do without any big extras.
