FOX Secure Message is designed to help you securely encrypt and decrypt messages using a custom security key. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for:
The content you encrypt or decrypt using the App
Keeping your encryption keys secure and confidential
Ensuring that your use of the App complies with applicable laws and regulations
We are not responsible for lost or forgotten keys. If you lose access to your encryption key, we cannot recover encrypted content.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, logos, and software, are owned by FOX Secure Message or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App without our written permission.
You may not use the App to:
Violate any laws or regulations
Transmit harmful, abusive, or illegal content
Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
Distribute malware or engage in fraudulent activity
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or that it will always function without interruption.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOX Secure Message shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorized access, or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a harmful or unlawful manner.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
