Privacy Policy for Fox Mart

Fox Mart is a single-player idle shop game for Android (package com.syoulab.foxmart). The game is not offered in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland. This policy explains what information the game and the services it uses collect, and your choices.
1. Information we collect
We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect your name, email address, phone number, location or contacts.
Game progress. Your progress (coins, unlocked stations, settings) is stored on your device. If you sign in with Google Play Games, your progress is also saved to Google Play Games cloud save so you can continue on another device. That cloud save is stored and managed by Google; we cannot see your Google account details.
Ads. The game shows advertising (banner ads and optional rewarded video ads) through Unity LevelPlay (ironSource / Unity Ads) and its advertising partners, which may include Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, these providers may collect and use your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version), and ad interaction data.
Technical data. Google Play and the services above may collect crash and performance information as part of operating the app.
2. How we use information
- To run the game and save your progress.
- To show ads and measure their performance, which helps keep the game free.
- To keep the game stable and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Sharing
Information is shared only with the service providers named above (Google Play Games Services, Unity LevelPlay and its ad partners, Google AdMob) so they can provide their services. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy:

4. Your choices
- Advertising ID. On Android you can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device settings (Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- Cloud save. You can delete your Google Play Games saved data from the Play Games app or from your Google account.
- Uninstalling the game removes the progress stored on your device.
5. Children
Fox Mart is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets that age), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will help remove it.
6. Data retention and deletion
Local progress stays on your device until you uninstall the game or clear its data. Cloud saves stay in your Google account until you delete them. We do not keep a separate copy of your progress on our own servers.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR/UK GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we hold no personal data ourselves, requests about ad data are best sent to the providers in section 3; you can also contact us at the address above and we will help.
8. Security
We rely on the security of Google Play Games Services and our ad providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the game after a change means you accept the updated policy.
