My research interests sit at the intersection of Planetary Sciences and Atmospheres. I first explored planetary sciences from an astronomy viewpoint, which has now led me to explore and understand the atmosphere of our own planet, Earth — coming back home, in a sense. I'm deeply interested in learning how we can understand our own planetary atmosphere, and the technologies involved (LiDAR, Radar, Planetary Mapping, Climate). I'm also interested in space science and its policymaking for a sustainable future.
I'm also a Working Group Member of the European Atmospheric Research Lidar Cooperation on Science and Technology (EARLICOST) - CA24135.
My previous M.Sc work focused on detecting the water feature in exoplanetary atmospheres, with reference to planetary physical parameters and the variance in the presence of the water feature — i.e., H2O - J Index (Steven, 2016).

Presently, I am working on "Laser Monitoring of the Atmosphere and its Applications", as a mandatory requirement of my Master of Science in Physics at Baku State University; final submission to be - 31 June 2027.
