When your search for a designer led to me, you found an individual uniquely qualified to help you realize your project goals.  My education and career include 20 years as a carpenter and contractor before returning to college to pursue and earn a five-year professional degree in architecture.  After school I served my internship in an exceptionally large firm where, before leaving, I reached the level of Senior Project Manager, overseeing restaurant, mercantile and business occupancy types  Returning home to California I have held positions as Project Designer/Manager working on accessibility upgrades for hospitals, motels, restaurants, and mercantile operations.  I have extensive experience as a Residential Designer. I am an associate member of the American Institute of Architects.  I am LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certified.  I am a member of the International Code Conference, where I hold a certification as plans examiner.   I've worked in building departments as a plans examiner and for a county government office as an ADA coordinator.  I am the sole proprietor of 49 designs; your project will have my full attention.  My experience and education yield pragmatic yet innovative, insightful design solutions and successful project outcomes that are on time and on budget
