FOURPHARM

FOURPAHRAM is a program to describe biorhythmic data by means of Fourier analysis. The program is designed to determine the major rhythms of the baseline periodic data using the L2-norm as a measure of approximation. FOURPHARM v. 1 was written in Fortran 77 and worked under the Microsoft Windows 95 operating system. FOURPHARM v. 2 is a Visual Basic version of FOURPHARM v. 1 available as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. FOURPHARM v. 3 is written in R and it is accessible as a Shiny app at FOURPHARMv3
