1. Only members and their guests are allowed to use the facilities. Members must register themselves and any guests upon entering and be present while their guests are using the pool. If the members leave, the guests must leave as well.
2. Members will not use the facilities until dues are paid. All money due must be paid by the set deadline.
3. Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older). The adult will be in the pool with any child that requires a floatation device.
4. Swimmers must wear appropriate swimming attire. No cutoff jeans or thongs.
5. Noodles and foam balls are allowed in the pool. No hard surface balls. No water guns or similar devices.
6. People with open sores or rashes are not allowed in the pool.
7. Smoking, dipping and vaping are not allowed. No alcohol, drugs or tobacco on the premises.
8. Please report any misconduct at wading pool to manager immediately as there is no lifeguard on duty in that area. No swimmers in the wading pool during break except caregivers of preschoolers.
9. A driver should be at the pool by 8:00 pm to pick up children, or as soon as possible due to storm closure.
10.Running, shoving, dunking and other improper behavior including profanity or intoxication is not allowed.
11. No eating, drinking, chewing gum or smoking in or near pool.
12. No glass containers or pets in pool area.
13. No diving in water less than nine feet.
14. No sitting or hanging on lifeline or climbing on lifeguard stands.
15. Managers and lifeguards will be on duty at all times when pool is in use and will have the authority to appropriately penalize anyone who breaks the rules. Failure to comply may result in suspension of privileges.
16.Any member involved in unauthorized after-hours activity at the park will face a trespassing charge as well as loss of pool privileges for the remainder of the summer.
