NEXGEN MINISTRIES

Forming disciples and leaders for the next generation.

The Reality:

This generation faces unprecedented spiritual challenges. But transformative encounters with Jesus Christ—at camps, in discipleship programs, through mentorship—create lifelong faith.

- Revive and similar youth ministry initiatives

- Children’s ministry excellence and innovation

CLERGY FORMATION & LEADERSHIP

Equipping faithful pastors and leaders for lifelong ministry.

The Reality:

Effective ministry requires ongoing training, but costs create barriers. Pastoral isolation breeds burnout. Investment in clergy multiplies through every sermon preached, every soul shepherded

The Investment:

- Seminary scholarships and lay ministry training

- Continuing education and skill development

- Pastoral counseling and mental health support

- Peer learning cohorts and mentorship

The Impact:

Pastors and leaders enter and continue in ministry equipped. Seasoned clergy and leadership stay healthy and effective. Isolated pastors find community. Excellence becomes the norm, not the exception

Established churches need revitalization. Unreached communities need new congregations. Strategic investment in church health creates sustainable, reproducing kingdom outposts

The Gospel is global. MidTexas has deep partnerships in Rwanda, Costa Rica, Bulgaria, Mexico, and beyond. Sustainable support strengthens these relationships and multiplies impact across continents.

- Pastoral training in partner nations

- Community development projects

- Mission trip support and partnership building

- Facility improvements and resource provision

The Impact:

International pastors receive training. 

Communities access updated facilities, education, and healthcare.
