Fouad Pervez

Greetings and welcome to my website. I received a PhD from the Department of Government at Georgetown University where I studied International Relations and Comparative Politics. My dissertation focused on the politics of international trade dispute settlement, and the influence of domestic politics in how countries utilize the World Trade Organization. I also conduct research on counterterrorism strategy, forced migration and civil war, and the media. I have consulted regularly for international development firms am a co-founder and partner at Blind Fox Analytics, a data analytics/social science consulting firm. I currently work at the United States Institute of Peace, a Congressionally-funded non-partisan think-and-do-tank, where I focus on research on violent and non-violent movements.
