BOARD POSITIONS:
Fundraising Coordinator: Plan, organize, and supervise all fundraising opportunities.
Event Coordinator: Plan seating, ticket sales, venue, of all productions / events / gatherings.
Assistant Event Coordinator: Assist with the Event Coordinator’s responsibilities, organize volunteers
Scholarship Coordinator: Organize / be the liaison for THS senior scholarships with help of a committee.
Social Media Coordinator: Updates of upcoming productions, emails for events and tickets.
Merchandise Coordinator: Organize/order/distribute fliers, banners, cast & crew merch, programs, etc.
Please pay your child's theater user fee as soon as possible:
$125 for the first production of your child's current school year
$50 for each additional production for the current school year
All characters, ensemble, tech and prop kids (any students involved) will need to pay this fee to participate. All fees go toward production rights, stipends, set build, lighting, orchestra, materials, props, costuming, playbills, equipment rental, and so much more.
